The purpose of this course is to help supervisors, managers, and HR to identify both the performance and behavior they seek to change, improve, or remove with their employees. Accountability is important to prevent miscommunication and ensure poor performance or behavior doesn’t infect the overall workplace.

- Understand feedback options, and
- Review the techniques outlined in the Toolkit for Challenging Situations.
